ADDITIONAL FEES

-Full Sketch Redo ($10) - The first redo of a sketch is free. However, redoing more sketches after will result in $10 EACH.-Add color to sketches (+$5) - If you'd like a splash of color to your sketch commission, I can do that for you no problem with just a small fee!-Complex Designs/Props (+50% base price) - If a character has complicated clothing or patterns (such as fur patterns, heavy armor or weapons).-Complex Backgrounds (+50% base price) - I mainly wing backgrounds and don’t normally charge for them. However if you have a very detailed background in mind, it may take the commission LONGER and will enlist a fee.-Additional Characters (50% of base price each) - First character is included in base price for commissions. For more, it will be an additional fee EACH.-Additional PNGTuber Expressions - Neutral comes with your PNGTuber. For more expressions, there will be an additional fee.
-Plushy Baby: +$10
-Chibi PNGTuber: +$20
-GIFTuber: +$50-Unique PNGTuber/GIFTuber Add-Ons ($15 per part) - This applies to things like wings, extra limbs, and other complicated parts. If you’re unsure if you apply to this, please don’t be afraid to message me!-Making GIFTuber Fullbody (+$50) - By default, GIFTubers are halfbodies. If you want a fullbody, it will be an additional fee.-Custom Design Reference Sheets (+$75)- I can make a character with no visual reference ref sheets commissions. However it will be an additional fee as I am making the character from scratch.- Rush Order Fee ($30) - This is if you would like a commission ahead of time. If it is 1 week (5-7 days) ahead of time, there will be no fee. Less than that will result in a rush order fee. However it will give you the priority tag on my trello. If it doesn't make it to the required date, you will get a refund of the fee.- Priority Fee ($15) - If you would like your commission OR a particular commission of yours (if getting multiple) to be prioritized, it will be an additional fee. BUT it will get you the priority tag on my trello and THAT commission will be worked on IMMEDIATELY. If it doesn't make it to the required date, you will get a refund of the fee.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read carefully. By commissioning me, you agree to the terms below.

GENERAL TERMS

-Payment is accepted through Square or PayPal.-Payment is due within 48 hours of an invoice being sent. I will accept putting a slot for you until an expected date. Failure to pay will result in the loss of your slot.-SALES OF COMPLETED COMMISSIONS & ADOPTS ARE FINAL. Refunds can only be done if no work has been made just yet. If a refund is demanded and made anyway, YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED. PLEASE make sure you have the funds before purchase.-I’m not a machine. I take multiple hours or sometimes days to finish art. I also stream and have other things happening as well which affects my availability and schedule. Please be patient.-Please DO NOT spam me or excessively message me. Your piece will be done when I am able to work on it. Becoming rude with me will result in a refund and a blacklist from further business.-I have every right to refuse service if you violate my TOS at any time, if I am uncomfortable with your request or are rude while doing business with me. Rude or bullying behavior will result in a blacklist.-Prices could change at any time. Please pay attention to my card or other social media to stay in the loop! <3-If you are unsure of my current status, please check my queue to see if I am available at that time OR to see my list of adopts and taken commission slots.-USING MY ART AS NFTS OR RUNNING IT THROUGH AN AI GENERATOR IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.-Partial Payment is allowed. Just ask! However, the piece will not be completed until COMPLETELY paid off. UPLOADING OR SHARING THE PIECE WITHOUT FULLY PAYING WILL BE CONSIDERED STOLEN AND WILL LEAD TO A BLACKLIST.

COMMISSION TERMS

-A sketch will be shown to you when it is ready. If you are unhappy with the first sketch, I can change it for free the first time. It will be $10 per full sketch change. If you are happy with it, I will proceed with the drawing and will send you the finished product when done. You may NOT ask for a redo after approving the sketch or when the drawing is complete. Color edits are fine if needed.-All commissioners will receive a watermarked AND unwatermarked version of their piece!!-PLEASE HAVE A VISUAL REFERENCE ON HAND UNLESS YOU ARE GETTING A CUSTOM DESIGN.. I will take several pictures as a point of reference. I do not do well with text-based references. Apologies.-If you need your piece done by a certain date, please let me know with at least 2 weeks to spare. Any less or a general rush order will result in an additional fee. Please check my additional fee section for more information.-RESELLING FINISHED COMMISSIONS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Reselling my art as your own in ANY manner will result in a report and blacklist.-If you want a piece to be private, no problem and no additional charge! Just if you do end up posting it, please upload the version of the commission with the watermark <3-When your PNGTuber commission is completed, the clip studio/photoshop file will be sent to you in case you want to come back for new expressions! DO NOT SHARE THIS FILE WITH ANYONE ELSE. IF DISTRIBUTED TO OTHERS, YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED.
